Roxanne Evans Stout is a mixed media artist inspired by the natural history of the mountains and river lands in Southern Oregon. She loves collage and book arts. Roxanne has shown her art throughout the US and locally at Illahe Gallery in Ashland and Paschal Winery in Talent. She have been published in online collaborations and art ‘zines, nationally in Cloth Paper Scissors, and is a featured artist in “The Pulse of Mixed Media” by Seth Apter. She also teaches and designs art workshops from her River Garden Studio.
