First Plein Air Outing for Linda Abblett’s Art Students!
I am continuing to have watercolor classes in my home studio. I have a great group of mostly beginners. It’s so fun to see their excitement and their emerging talent!
Last week I took the group on their first field trip. We went on a plein air outing to the Antelope Creek covered bridge in Eagle Point,to practice the skills they’ve been learning in the studio. The Eagle Point covered bridge proved to be a great subject. Here are some pictures of my students working on their plein air paintings and the wonderful results of their efforts.
You are invited to join us! This won’t be the last time we do this, and after taking classes with Linda Abblett sooner than you think, you will be going with on on your own first plein air outing for Linda Abblett’s art students! Watercolor class with Linda Abblett is every Monday from 10:00am – 3:00 pm. Classes take place at Linda’s home studio in Eagle Point. It’s $30 for the day. Students bring a bag lunch. For more information contact Linda at email@example.com.
