Through October
The Grants Pass Branch of the Josephine Community Library’s Above the Shelves exhibit spaces has been taken over by the Southern Oregon Modern Quilt Guild.  Nineteen quilters from all over Southern Oregon are exhibiting over 20 bright and bold mini quilts and asking “Quilting Outside the Blox: What Makes A Quilt Modern” located near the Circulation Desk. Quilts and information also fill the Glass Case, Glass Room and shelves in the Computer Room.

Josephine Community Library: Grants Pass 
On Display During Business Hours: Tues & Thurs 2 – 7 pm  Wed & Fri  11 – 4 pm  Sat noon – 4 pm
“Windows of Hope” Art from the 4th Annual UCAN Fundraiser will be on exhibit until October 26th,
when they will be auctioned off to benefit families and food banks in Douglas and Josephine counties.
Donating artists include: Tommi Drake, Janet Higgins, Vickie Magallon, Marcee Siemens, Allison Sitov, 

Shirley Usher, and E’ Webb.  Their pieces will be shown Above the Shelves and in the Glass Room.

This all day workshop in Portland is open to anyone interested in sustaining the arts.  Click the logo to sign up.  It’s actually free to anyone from Southern Oregon because they have a mileage
