She holds a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College where she focused on writing short fiction and poetry. Her writing has appeared in Arches: The Alumni Magazine of the University of Puget Sound; City Scapes: Poems by PDX Writers; and online. In 2011, Peregrine named her a finalist in the Pat Schneider Poetry contest.
