We have thoroughly enjoyed looking at her charming paintings, collages and monotype prints, inspired by natural subjects and sometimes incorporating them. A big part of this process is deciding what most needs to be brought out at that particular time. The oil paintings shown here demonstrate how this need changes at different periods in the artists life. Certain themes remain consistent throughout my work – the heightened awareness of color relationships, for example, and the freedom of application with regards to the paint.
