Rogue Gallery Summer Art Classes
Rogue Gallery & Art Center is pleased to be able to offer classes for adults and youth this summer! Through surveying our community we discovered many people would like to attend classes in person as long as social distancing is observed. Rogue Gallery classes & workshops follow the COVID-19 Guidelines given by the State of Oregon. Indoor class sizes are limited to accommodate social distancing.
You’ll find all the information you need to decide which classes you’d like to take and to register in the pdf file below. Feel free to download it to your own computer for easy reference. If you’re seeing this on our home page, please click the title of this post so you can view the pdf file and all the information it contains.

In these challenging times of COVID-19, the Rogue Gallery & Art Center will be closed through March 31. This will include classes as well as special events.

In response to COVID-19, the Rogue Gallery & Art Center has CANCELLED the following events:
Family and Friends Art Day: March 14, 12:00 – 2:00 pm
St. Patrick’s Day Celtic Celebration: Tuesday, March 17, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Third Friday Art Walk: Friday, March 20, 5:30–8pm —Reception for the exhibit Water Works: Paintings by Sue Bennett, Kim Faucher, Lynda Hoffman-Snodgrass, and Kirsten Meriwether and the exhibit Celtic Art Show
The Rogue Gallery & Art Center is a non-profit community art center, founded in 1960 to promote and support the arts in the Rogue Valley. The center exhibits a wide range of artistic styles and mediums from local and national artists. Programming includes art educational opportunities for children and adults. Rogue Gallery New Exhibits and Reception Main Gallery exhibit: DRIVEN TO ABSTRACTION: Paintings by Virginia Andrade and Alx Fox

A Splash of Pinot! painting by Alx Fox
Driven to Abstraction exhibit explores the skillful composition of rich color and exciting texture. Accomplished abstract painters, Alx Fox and Virginia Andrade are featured in this exhibit.
Alx Fox is an abstract expressionist painter who works in acrylic. She is driven by her passion for self-expression using bold colors and distinctive textures. She studied art, photography, and design at Barat College, Lake Forest, Ill. focusing on experimental art. She was President of the Southern Oregon Society of Artists from January 2012 through 2014. Her work is in private collections worldwide and has been showcased in many national shows. She resides in Southern Oregon. Alx will be teaching a workshop
