On April 2, Saturday, I taught a workshop at the UCC Church in Medford, Oregon on “Art: A Spiritual Practice.” I provided mandala designs from different faith traditions and had people select one to color and interpret. An 8 year-old girl attended this adult workshop with her mother. Much to my surprise she created her own design entitled “Calmness.”
