  |  Eva Thiemann Owls in the Wilderness October 3, 2017- November 2, 2017 WOODLAND WARDEN, oil painting by Eva Thiemann Eva Thiemann, who has previously been known mostly for her oil paintings of Alaskan bears, has ventured into portrayals of owls with grace and finesse. Her signature style of abstract backgrounds supporting realistic subjects has carried over into her new works beautifully. A show of her oil paintings of Owls in the Wilderness is on display at the Berryman Gallery in the Craterian Theater. The show can be seen when attending a performance at the Craterian.
