Southern Oregon Society of Artists announces a Juried Critique at October 26 SOSA meeting. Members may bring a single original work to the meeting between 6:15 and 6:30 to be juried. SOSAs member meetings are Free and Open to public, and take place at Medford Library, 205 S. Central Ave. The juror for works brought by members will be local artist and founder of the Plein Air Painters of Southern Oregon, Norm Rossignol. Norm is a juried member of the Watercolor Society of Oregon and Pastel Society of Oregon. His work is in many shows and art events and sold locally, nationally and internationally. Rogue Gallery welcomes home nationally recognized watercolorist Judy Morris. A Rogue Valley native, Judy has received over fifty national and regional awards and has exhibited throughout the United States and internationally. The paintings in this exhibit are inspired by the travels and experiences of her life journey, originating from Main Street in her hometown of Medford.
Judy Morris is an accomplished watercolorist and is a member of the Watercolor Society of Oregon, American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, and the Northwest Watercolor Society. Her expertise in working with water media is demonstrated in the 32 painting in this exhibit. Her precise handling of the
