This April will be our Fourth Annual Book Arts Show and our second year of bringing creative works from the community into the gallery in our Community Press Project, a community collaborative book arts venture. Also, as an exciting special event we will be exhibiting the boldly colorful, fantastical prints of Inocente, the teen artist who is the focus of the Oscar winning short documentary, “Inocente” being featured this year in the Ashland Independent Film Festival. Join us for the Artists’ Reception, held during First Friday Art Walk on April 5th from 5~8 p.m. Enjoy an early spring evening stroll with other art lovers and meet the artists. Wine and light refreshments will be served.

The sixth Empty Bowls event in Grants Pass, Oregon will again be held at Parkway Christian Center located at 229 NE Beacon Drive in Grants Pass on Monday, October 8th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guests choose a handcrafted bowl and are then served a simple meal of soup and bread in a handmade bowl they select and keep as a reminder of hunger in our community.
