More information on our Flowers of Hope program These projects can be done during our regularly scheduled workshops on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10 – 12n. Please call or email ahead to reserve your space. Mosaic Mirrors March 24 & 31 1-4pm Learn how to mosaic just about anything in this fun and functional Mosaic Mirror class. We will cover adhesives, grouts, colorants and sealers in the process of making this beautiful 14″ mirror. The first class is laying out the glass tiles. What’s the lie you’ve been told all your life? And it’s probably been told BY you TO you…”I’m not artistic!” I hear this all the time from people in class…and then they go on to tell me that they make exquisite quilts or are a master chef. Everyone is artistic in some way. Just because you don’t paint with a brush or can’t draw a straight line…(that’s what they make rulers for)…everyone can create something. Glass Act, the latest Main Gallery art exhibition, presents giant hand-blown grape cluster sculptural installations, nature and spirituality-inspired stained glass, colorful kiln-cast forms, and landscapes in layered glass. Glass Act features Rogue Valley glass artists Evie Ault, Darla Baack, Mike Korpa, and Randall Perkins.
