Talent Public Arts Announces

Talent Public Arts - Bringing the Arts to LIfe

We are happy to announce our first weekend art opening for Celebrating Textiles and Fashion! We have worked hard to make it a great event, with light refreshments, music my Allen Krutcher and lively conversation Sunday Nov. 17th from 1-3 at Talent City Hall Gallery. Join us in this first of its kind invitational exhibit featuring local Talent artists Sharon Lilly Bowes, Carol Christofferson, Lucy DeFranco, Caroline Dignes, Deborah Dryden, Joe Dunbar, Diane Ericson, Kathy Fennell, Carol Harvey, Yelena Joy, Thalia Keple, Diane Lea, Jo Ann Manzone, and Elaine Plaisance. Explore the mixed variety of felting, weaving, jewelry, clothing and costume design of local masters of their crafts. The show will be open for viewing Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5 pm from November 13, 2013 through January 20, 2014 Hope to see you all there!

(Medford, OR) – April 3, 2013 – The Rogue Gallery & Art Center is pleased to present artwork by inspired local fifth graders and very talented teen artists this month! The Community Gallery is filled with over 100, colorful, mixed-media “Chromarrific” paintings created by three fifth grade classes from Jackson and Kennedy Elementary Schools as part of the Rogue Gallery & Art Center’s Elementary Arts Outreach program. Opening up during Medford’s Third Friday on April 19th, and on display from April 19th through May 3rd is the Artist Teen Mentoring Project exhibit will feature a variety of inspirational art by teens and their professional artist mentors.

The Rogue Gallery & Art Center is the Rogue Valley’s premier non-profit community art center, founded in 1960 to promote and support the arts in the Rogue Valley. The Gallery offers local artists an opportunity to display their work, and because of its non-profit status can display a wide range of artistic styles and mediums not seen in commercial galleries. Aspiring artists, both children and adults, take classes from local artists and are exposed to a wide variety of artistic mediums.
