The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, in partnership with Seattle Public Utilities, invites artists to submit images of two-dimensional or three-dimensional artwork depicting weather-related or atmospheric phenomena for a competitive direct purchase for SPU’s Portable Works Collection.
