MEET PTERRY THE PTEROSAUR!

Pterosaur artist's reconstruction

MEET PTERRY THE PTEROSAUR!!!!! The Pterosaur flew the skies of the prehistoric ages between 228 million years and 65.5 million years ago. Here’s an image of what Pterry may have looked like. Much healthier than our newest exhibit – a Pterosaur skeleton replica! Pterry was donated to the Crater Rock Museum by Len Eisenberg, local geologist and long-time Roxy Ann Gem & Mineral Society Member. Len will be giving a series of lectures February 15 at the museum, beginning at 10:30am. Please join us and learn about this extinct flying reptile. Crater Rock Museum, 2002 Scenic Avenue, Central Point. Admission: Adults, $5 (includes seminars); Seniors, $3; Students, $2; Children 6 and under, FREE. Lectures: 10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm.
