Over the last month, I’ve been writing to share updates on our annual Arts Summit that will be taking place on October 5, 2011 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. Today, I want to share some early results we’re seeing in this year’s group of attendees. It reinforces our belief that this year’s theme – The Currency of Connection – would resonate with arts and cultural leaders across the state.

Email update of the Oregon Arts Summit – extended earlybird registration deadline!

Late last week, 122 of your peers secured their seats for the 2011 Arts Summit just in time before the early bird discount expired on Friday night. That brought our total registration to 286, with over half coming as part of a group learning team – and we’ve decided to extend the deadline until tonight, September 7 at 11:59 PM.
