In this class, the techniques of artists who inspire you will be demystified, and you will be encouraged, but not pushed, to try various ways of painting that are a little outside your comfort zone.

Please bring examples of your work and ideas for possible subjects for your paintings to the first class. Students are responsible for their own materials, or you may discuss with Jeanne about providing supplies for you for each class or just to start.

At our last workshop at Pennington’s, we spied some swanky cakes beneath glass cloches & decided that we wanted to paint (& eat!) them, too. And you do not have to read anything aloud. This workshop is more like a “playshop”; it’s all about having fun 🙂 So grab a friend (or a Valentine!) and come play with us: When: Saturday, February 10 from 11-3 pm Where: Pennington Farms | 11341 Williams Highway |
