STEP-BY-STEP ACRYLIC PAINTING FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

with Cheryl Magellen

When: Saturday afternoons, June 29 & August 10, 2019

Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Where: Central Art classroom

Cost: $50 per class, all supplies included

Minimum 4, Maximum 12 students

 

This class will be offered twice and is geared toward absolute beginners who want to try their hand at painting realistic subject matter while learning the basics of color mixing and paint application in acrylic. Using simple subject matter, participants will be provided with a pre-drawn, 8×8 canvas and will follow along as the instructor demonstrates each step from beginning to end. Individual attention will be given to all students during each step in the process.

 

All supplies will be provided.

Find out just how versatile this amazing product can be as Aaron briefly covers its uses for colored pencil, image transfers, alcohol ink markers and watercolors, then dive right into a step-by-step hands-on acrylic painting project using a unique multi-layered technique!
