The Annual Members’ exhibit in the Main Gallery is a favorite for many. You are invited to bring in one piece for this year’s theme “Don’t Fence Me In”. For this year, break through whatever boundaries you like as the title “Don’t Fence Me In” implies. (Though within our constraints of being a current member, and framing and dimensions requirements listed HERE>>) This is one of the few exhibits you can submit a piece that is not for sale. Drop-off one piece on the theme “Don’t Fence Me In” on Friday, November 2,10am-5pm and Saturday, November 3, 11:00-3:00 pm. The exhibit runs November 9-December 21, 2018. The reception is Friday, November 16, 2018, 5-8pm. Pick-up is Saturday, December 22, 2018 11am-3pm and Wednesday, January 2, 2019, 10am-5pm.

Leland Iron Works Artist Residency located in Oregon City, OR. The residency is run in collaboration with the Pacific Northwest College of Art on the property, home, and studio of sculptor, Lee Kelly. We have mainly had residents local to Portland apply and we are hoping to branch out and get applicants outside of our area. There are 5 funded ($2500 stipend) month long residencies for mid-career and established artists and 4 free month long residencies for emerging artists. Prospectus:

The City of Grants Pass Committee on Public Art (CoPA) invites artists 18 years of age and older to submit original artwork in any 2-D or 3-D media with the exception of video/film, installation or performance art for Art in Motion.

This public art project is essentially a gallery on wheels; artwork is displayed on 54” x 34” vinyl print on the side of one of the Josephine Community Transit buses. The art is there to engage people, expand public art visibility, create opportunities for the community to experience art in everyday life and enhance the overall artistic climate of the City of Grants Pass.

This prospectus solicits submissions for two exhibition periods. The first from January through June 2019, and the second from July through December 2019. The work will be selected based on originality, artistic conception and quality.

The Art & Soul Gallery is an LLC owned by 5 local Artists. All Artists who submit an application are juried for exhibiting.

Artists will need a large body (6-8) of high quality paintings to exhibit at any one time.

There is a payment of a monthly fee, a one time website set up fee, and gallery commission fees.

Artists are required to work in the gallery eight hours a month.
