Program
“Needlewoven Necklace”

Learn how to make a colorful needlewoven necklace of perle cotton. See www.thaliakeple.com for examples of this technique.

Supplies to bring:
5/2 perle cotton in 3 coordinating colors of your choice.
Size 18 or 20 tapestry needles
small scissors
a fork
thick pins like small T-pins or thick sewing pins (not regular sewing pins)
3 or 4 ply waxed linen or equivalent (e.g.,c-lon, conso or other similar nylon)
Beads with large holes.

I will have extra supplies for those who need them. (The Bead Studio in Ashland carries the 4ply waxed linen, Michaels carries waxed cotton)
