The Rogue Gallery & Art Center will feature a variety of activities during downtown Medford’s Art in Bloom festival,including art projects for children and adults, art contests, and the exciting exhibit, “Eugene Bennett & Friends: His Personal Art Collection.”All activities are free to the public.

His Personal Art Collection

The Rogue Gallery presents works from the private collection of Eugene Bennett in both our Main Gallery and Community Gallery. This exhibition includes favorites of Eugene’s own work, his fellow artist friends, artists he admired, and those who inspired him.In the Main Gallery a variety of media will be on display ranging from paintings, drawings, sculptures, assemblages, prints, and ceramics. The Community Gallery will featurer smaller works on paper. The exhibit features the work of nationally known artists including: Robert Bosworth, Andrew Bucci, Norman Campbell, Ron Chaddick, James Harvey, Atushi Kikuchi, Neil Koch, Nan Nalder, Raymond Toloczko and more! Come join us for the opening reception Friday, May 16, 5-8pm during Medford’s Third Friday. The exhibit is sponsored by Southern Oregon Subaru and Horton Family Foundation, with guest curators Jim Curtis and Laurie Wenzel.

The Rogue Gallery & Art Center is the Rogue Valley’s premier non-profit community art center founded in 1960 to promote and nurture the visual arts in the Rogue Valley. The Art Center showcases emerging and established regional artists, presents fine crafts by area artisans, and offers a broad range of visual art classes and workshops for all ages.RGAC is located in Medford at 40 South Bartlett Street.
The hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are open every third Friday until 8:00pm.
