Beginning through advanced painters welcome. All media welcome.
Enjoy the beautiful weather and experience painting and drawing in the great outdoors. Get some vitamin D while painting the beautiful surroundings of Alpacas at Lone Ranch in Eagle Point, Oregon. Landscape artist Silvia Trujillo will guide you in depicting the beauty of the landscape, creating interesting compositions, and capturing a moment in time. Bringing a lunch and light snack is recommended.

Inspired By the East: Annual Art Movement Tribute Exhibit  May 31 & June 1
We invite artists to submit a work in any media inspired by East Asian Art. No charge for members to submit, non-members $10. The exhibit runs June 7–July 12, 2019. Drop off artwork May 31 & June 1, 2019. For two-dimensional work, maximum dimension in either direction including frame is 40 inches. For three-dimensional work maximum dimension in any direction is 40 inches and maximum weight is 35 pounds. See Members Gallery Submission Guidelines for full details.

Community Gallery Exhibitions 2020 – Deadline June 15
The Rogue Gallery & Art Center invites artists to submit a portfolio of work for the 2020 Community Gallery Exhibition Series. Artists working in all media are encouraged to apply. The submission deadline is June 15, 2019. Please see our Community Gallery Submission Guidelines for full details.

Berryman Gallery Exhibitions 2020 – Deadline June 15
Current Rogue Gallery & Art Center member artists working two-dimensionally may apply for solo exhibitions lasting approximately two months each, between September and June. The submission deadline is June 15, 2019. Please see our Berryman Gallery Submission Guidelines for full details.

Rogue Valley Biennial: A Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Art
We invite both emerging and established artists to submit innovative art to be juried for this exhibit. The Rogue Valley Biennial Art Exhibit is held every other year. The exhibit celebrates the ground-breaking talents of Southern Oregon artists.

Three $200 Jurors’ Choice Awards will be given to artists for work that the jurors judge to be innovative, insightful and thought provoking. The jurors will be David Masters and Janet Higgins. For more information see the flyer HERE>>

Drop-off dates are Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22, 2019.

The Rogue Gallery & Art Center is the Rogue Valley’s premier non-profit community art center founded in 1960 to promote and nurture the visual arts in the Rogue Valley. The Art Center showcases emerging and established artists, presents fine crafts by area artisans, and offers a broad range of visual art classes and workshops for all ages.

Rogue Gallery & Art Center is located in downtown Medford at 40 South Bartlett Street. The hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are open every third Friday until 8:00pm.
