The Sky is the Limit: 2014 Members’ Exhibit

November 21 – December 19, 2014

Reception, Friday, November 21st, 5:00 – 8:00 pm

The Rogue Gallery & Art Center exhibits the art of member artists inspired by the expression the sky is the limit. This popular phrase captures the idea that there be no limit to the artist in ambition, aspirations, or possibilities for their artistic expression.

The annual Member’s exhibition features work by Rogue Gallery and Art Center members. The exhibit gives each Rogue Gallery member an opportunity to exhibit one piece of their work on the central theme of “The Sky is the Limit”. Over 60 artists participate in this non-juried exhibit.   Artwork includes watercolors, acrylic, and oil paintings as well as sculptures and pastel drawings. Artists are encouraged to create work on the theme. The exhibit will display abstract and traditional work. “While we will no doubt have some amazing landscapes in the exhibit, there will also be artwork that explores the idea of limitless potential and possibilities,” states executive director Kim Hearon.
