Rogue Gallery and Art CenterThe Rogue Gallery & Art Center’s (RGAC) Artist Professional Development Series this March features four Saturday workshops with valuable information for all artists wishing to jump-start or refresh their creative careers. Marketing Your Art for Success: Right Message, Right Audience, Right Tools with Nikolas Allen, Saturday, March 3rd from 11 AM – 2:30 PM will teach artists marketing skills and tools to increase art sales and prepare them for the next level of success. Artistic consultant, web designer, and blogger Hannah West will teach artists how to promote themselves professionally during Social Networking to Promote Your Art on Saturday, March 10th from 12-2 PM. West will also offer back-to back digital image instruction with Adobe Photoshop during Beginning and Intermediate/ Advanced Working with Images for Artists on Saturday, March 17th.

Beginning Working with Images and Photoshop for Artists with Hannah West

As an artist, images of your work seen online and submitted for exhibition opportunities must look professional and do justice to your art! Learn a foundation of basic skills in photo correction with Adobe Photoshop and learn to adjust  digital images to meet submission guidelines and to address clarity, cropping, resolution, re-sizing, lighting and more! Bring 5-10 digital images and (optional) laptop.

 

Intermediate/Advanced Working with Images and Photoshop for Artists with Hannah West                  

Saturday  •  March 17  •  1 – 3 PM                                                Cost: $35 members/ $45 non-members

Enrich your design skills and improve your digital art images further in this class designed for those with some Adobe Photoshop experience (or participants in the Beginning Workshop in the morning). Learn tips & techniques to advance your skills in creating professional, high-quality images representing you and your artwork.  Bring 5-10 images and (optional) laptop.
