The 4th annual Southern Oregon Lavender Festival will be held in the Applegate Valley on June 24, 25 & 26, 2016.  Four lavender farms and the OSU Lavender Demonstration Garden participate as sites on the Lavender Festival Tour. At Lavender Fields Forever, we are planning to add several new vendors to our festival experience this year to keep things fresh for our customers and hope that you might help us identify new vendors interested in selling their wares at the festival.

We had about 2,000 customers over the festival weekend last year.  Each year the number of visitors has increased 20 – 30%.  Our customers are primarily women from 21 to 101 but we get a lot of male visitors too, especially for our distilling demonstrations.

The festival hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  We require that vendors be here for the full day on Saturday and Sunday but make Friday optional.  We typically get about 600 customers on Friday, about 700 – 800 on Saturday and about 700-800 on Sunday.  We charge $25 for the booth space for the entire weekend.  We try to make sure we have a variety of vendors and not more than two vendors with the same kinds of products.

We advertise the Lavender Festival on television, in the Mail Tribune (usually the front page of the local section, Ala Carte or Tempo), in the Grants Pass Courier, on Facebook, in over 10,000 brochures distributed at all of the farmers markets and at visitor centers, hotels, shops, etc. in the Rogue Valley area and at the Welcome Centers throughout the state.

Lavender Fields Forever is located at 375 Hamilton Road (off of Hwy 238 & Upper Applegate, near Ruch).  Additional information in the pdf below.  Please email or call us with any questions.

Lavender customers are delightful and we have a lot of fun with our vendors and customers each year.  We hope you will consider joining us!
