GPMA February 2021 News

Welcome to GPMA February 2021 News Letter!

Below you will find an exciting invitation to our first ever “Virtual Black, White, & the Blues.” This signature fund raising gala was started in 1988 and we didn’t want to miss having it in 2021. The funds we raise at the event help sustain us throughout the year. This year it has to be virtual. We have lined up an hour of fun. We hope you will join us. You can click below to find out more, RSVP (the event is free this year), and even donate. Soon, you will also be able to preview the art and packages in the auction. AND, because it’s virtual, you can invite friends and family from all around the world to join you. We look forward to the event.

AND In more GPMA February 2021 news … The museum is finally open!

Thursday and Friday from noon – 4pm Saturday from 10am – 5pm.
Enjoy!

GPMA In the News

We have had a number of fabulous articles in The Daily Courier about artists in the museum and Gallery One. Here they are in case you didn’t see them.

Help keep the museum free for all!

The museum does not receive government funding (other than grants from the Josephine County Cultural Coalition and the Oregon Cultural Trust via JCCC). So keeping the doors open depends on grants, donations, memberships, sponsorships, and rent from the street level businesses (Shoefly and Gallery One). You can do one time donations and you can also do monthly donations. It’s easy – and we appreciate you very much! On additional side benefit – the foundations who offer grants are very pleased to see community involvement. Your donations show your support!

You can DONATE by clicking here
Monthly donations are so amazing. They add up quickly. Just $10 a month means a donation to the museum of $120 for the year. That’s fabulous. Please consider this option. The payments safely charged to your credit card.

If you get this far…. This is a great example of a video projection with art. This is in an airport terminal in Brussels. A Rubens painting comes to life!
