We received word on Friday from Nance Louise, who teaches drawing and painting full time at 
North Medford High School, that there is a job posting available for a full time art teacher 
specializing in ceramics, sculpture, and/or graphic arts.

Salary: $33,115 – 64,196 per year
2012-2013 licensed salary schedule (to be updated for the 2013-14 school year)
Description:

Permanent 1.0 FTE to begin with the 2013-14 school year

Must be able to teach one or more the following:

  Ceramics
Graphic Arts (digital)
Sculpture

Valid Oregon teaching license with an Art endorsement – ML/HS level

A complete application package to include the following:

  • Certificated application (attached below)
  • Cover letter outlining your qualifications for the position
  • Resume
  • 500 word writing sample indicating your views on Effective Instruction or  Classroom Management
  • Three letters of reference
  • Valid Oregon teaching license with appropriate endorsement(s)
