The City of Santa Clarita is seeking an artist (or team of artists) to design and fabricate one (1) functional bicycle rack to be placed in front of the Canyon Country Community Center. The rack may be up to six feet long and two feet wide.

The bike rack design should have high aesthetic merit, function as a bike rack, and be able to support and secure at least 8 to 10 bikes total. In addition, the rack design should consider overall safety, should require low maintenance, and be durable.

The completed work will be placed in front of the Canyon Country Community Center, right off of Sierra Highway, at 18792 Flying Tiger Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91387.
