At many of these events, the Hanley Farm Mercantile is open. The mercantile stocks a variety of items for visitors to choose from, including hand-crafted toys, historical books, quilts, etc. Sheila Whitesitt, Mercantile Manager, hopes to expand the inventory to include original works by local artists, such as yourselves. Perhaps you have works painted at the farm, depicting the Spring House, Barns, Gardens, or Hanley Farmhouse, historic Willow Tree, etc.? If you are interested in selling and showing your works from the mercantile, please e-mail Sheila at [email protected]. Plus, a heads up! June 20, 2015 we’re hosting an expanded artists event at Hanley Farm Artists Day & Crafts Fair. In addition to you wonderful and talented artists, we’re extending our invitation to include crafters, such as leather-workers, wood carvers, quilters, and more.
