They will soon post the prospectus for the Call to Artists to submit wine-themed 2D art in a competition to win $1000, with the winning piece of art featured as the centerpiece of the World of Wine’s 2012 event poster! During the event, the 1-10th place art works submitted for the contest will be exhibited and auctioned during the Gala dinner, with 50% of the proceeds to benefit the SO World of Wine Organization. Juried by Joe Giner, Pres., Applegate Valley Oregon Vintners Organization; Robert Roos, Jacksonville Oregon Business Assocation (Commercial Art Degree) and Linda Boutacoff, M.A., Watercolorist.
