Call to Artists: Contemporary Visions 2nd edition Florence Festival of Contemporary Arts

Call For Artists: Contemporary Visions Festival of Contemporary Arts

Contemporary Visions | 2nd edition

Florence festival of contemporary arts

Contemporary Visions is a Florence-based festival of contemporary arts designed by the arts organization DAY ONE. The aim of Day One is to organize arts exhibitions in Florence designed around your needs and desires–creating a unique event each time. The goal of the Contemporary Visions festival is to discover new national and international talents and give them the opportunity to promote themselves on the Florentine scene.

DAY ONE fits-out their art exhibitions with new technologies and media such as social networks, QrCodes, augmented reality, and much more.  Use of QR Codes makes it easy for visitors to use their smart-phones to quickly and easily access given information about artists and artwork in the exhibitions. For this season, Day One has also designed an App to enable guests to properly interact with the exhibitions.

The Contemporary Visions Festival of Contemporary Arts stands in the heart of a European network.
