SOAR was created and is maintained by art advocate and web designer Hannah West in Jacksonville, Oregon to promote our diverse and talented arts community to our visitors and the rest of the world.  Six years ago Stefan’s desire to live in a place of natural beauty and to paint what he loves with integrity brought him to the Shasta Forest where he paints stunning views of Northern California and Oregon in his home/studio in Mt. Shasta. He shares his talent, knowledge, and enthusiasm for art with others by featuring his artwork at the Gallery in Mt. Shasta and Central Art Supply Studio and offering weekly oil painting classes in Medford, Mt. Shasta, and Redding. He also posts a monthly blog with plein air paintings, offers 3-day outdoor painting workshops in Mt.
